SEDI started as sole proprietorship in 1991. It was founded by Edivan Costa, who served as real estate broker.

After five years, the company grew and became expert Advisory and Consulting business in the business of government licenses. At that time, the entry of his sister and now a partner in Edivan, Églima Costa, SEDI transformed into a company ltd.

The need for corporate governance brought about by the arrival of a new capital market brought expandable to SEDI. After breaking the barriers of the state of Minas Gerais, set up an office in Rio de Janeiro, with the aim of increasing the palette of customers. Today, with 12 offices in 11 states in the country, SEDI is able to serve customers throughout Brazil.

SEDI continues its great mission: to create opportunities and value and be excellent in providing service. For this, it has major partners such as the Dom Cabral Foundation and the Institute Endeavor. Other partnerships that are worth mentioning are the employees and, above all, customer loyalty.
